On February 4 (Thur.), 2021, Mr. Nagasaka Yasumasa, State Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, held a meeting with H.E. Ms. Mona Keijzer, State Secretary for Economic Affairs and Climate Policy, the Netherlands, via video conference.
At the meeting, the two sides welcomed the convening of an event titled “Digital Online Mission,” which was held by the Netherlands’ initiative and in which State Minister Nagasaka participated in the form of a video message. Following this, they confirmed that Japan and the Netherlands will further advance cooperation in such fields as digital innovations, efforts for decarbonization, and science and technology.
